Special Provisions Concerning Persons Under 15 Years of Age

MODRA3D.COM is not intended for children under 15 years of age.

Children over 15 years of age may register, but we ask them to provide their parent's email address instead of their own and to register using a username that is not associated with their real name.

Following a child's registration, we will send an email to the parent's email address with information about our data protection principles, including what personal data we collect and how we use, share and protect such personal data. The email also explains how parents can request access to, change or delete information about their child.

Content for persons under 18 years of age will be adapted (they cannot publish their real name and personal data, ads are not personalized and do not contain youth-oriented content) and they cannot order and pay for extended services.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 15 years of age. If you are under 15 years of age, do not use or provide any personal data by which you could be identified, do not make any purchases, do not use any of the interactive or public comments that may be available within MODRA3D.COM, or provide us with any information about you, including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any nickname or username that you may use.

If we discover that we have collected or received personal data from a child under 15 years of age without verification of parental consent, we will delete such personal data. If you believe we may have any personal data from or about a child under 15 years of age, please contact us.

Sending Commercial Communications

The user may, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 subsection 2 of Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society and on amendments to certain acts (Act on certain services of the information society), as amended, give consent to the sending of commercial communications from MODRA3D.COM to the user's electronic address or telephone number.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of all personal data you have provided to us. We may not be able to delete your personal data except by also deleting your user account.
